Refunds/Exchanges Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend purchasing one of our smaller items to test out any scents or products. If we have made a mistake with your order, please let us know, and we will make it right. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know so we can try to fix the problem.

Shipping Insurance is optional but recommended. We will provide insurance on any package that is mailed priority. If you choose to ship first class or parcel post, you will need to purchase the insurance if you wish to have it. Under no circumstances is The Tart Shack to be held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package. Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for extra insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages that are not insured.
